NutriCoach Terms of Use

1. Owner and acceptance

NutriCoach is owned by Individual Entrepreneur ARKADII FATIKHOV, identification number 300474500, Georgia. Contact: arkadui74@gmail.com.

Registration and confirmation of the relevant control constitute acceptance of these Terms. The service is intended for users aged 18 or older in Russia.

2. Purpose and platform status

NutriCoach provides a technical platform connecting clients with independent specialists. Specialists are not employees of the service owner and are responsible for their qualifications, consultations, and approved recommendations.

The app supports questionnaires, laboratory files, recommendations, journals, trackers, appointments, and digital materials.

3. Medical limitation

NutriCoach does not diagnose conditions, provide emergency assistance, or replace a physician. AI generates drafts for specialist review only. Users should seek medical or emergency assistance for acute symptoms, deterioration, or critical laboratory values.

4. Accounts

Users must provide accurate information, protect their password, and promptly report suspected compromise. Account transfer is prohibited.

Users can permanently delete their account in account settings. App Store subscriptions must be cancelled separately in Apple ID settings.

5. Client rules

Clients decide what information to provide, verify uploaded materials, and inform specialists of material changes. Recommendations are followed voluntarily, subject to contraindications and appropriate medical advice.

6. Specialist rules

Specialists must work only with assigned clients, verify AI drafts and recognized data, avoid presenting automated output as a diagnosis, and follow applicable professional requirements.

Referral links are permitted when the commercial interest is clearly disclosed. Compensation must not compromise safety.

7. Payments

Individual Entrepreneur ARKADII FATIKHOV receives payment for platform functions. Price, commission, subscription period, and refund terms are shown before payment. iOS digital products are processed through StoreKit. App Store refunds are governed by Apple's rules.

Independent specialist appointment fees may be governed by a separate offer shown before booking.

8. Content

Users retain rights to uploaded materials and authorize processing required for service functions. Illegal, malicious, or infringing content is prohibited.

9. Availability

The service may be temporarily restricted for updates, incident response, legal compliance, or user protection. The owner takes reasonable restoration measures but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

10. Responsibility

Each party is responsible for its own actions under applicable law. The platform owner does not replace an independent specialist's professional judgment and is not responsible for actions taken contrary to service warnings.

11. Marketing

News and promotional materials are sent only with separate consent. Unsubscribing does not terminate the core account.

12. Changes and contact
